Not sure why so angry with me. I thought this support forum was to ask queries but Michaelh seems very aggressive. Not sure I should buy if this is the response by workers to genuine qestions. In China business is friendly and when a customer ask qestions we are not told to get your fact right.
I came here from link in a chinese diy audio forum and UP was recomemnded but will report back not very helpful and very angry.

If I came across heavy handed I apologise, my skepticism about you being genuine in the current environment I think was justified the way your first post came across.
I have owned DEQX in the past and it was far from what I would call audiophile quality equipment. It would not do what I needed. It absolutely destroyed the quality of the music put through it. I chose the UP after an extensive world wide search. There was nothing and still is nothing that that compares to it for the price. I spoke to other owners who took the leap of faith. I'm glad I did.
