As the newest addition to the Dunlavy Audio Labs collection, the SC-IV/A utilizes the most advanced technologies which results in a loudspeaker of remarkable performance and value.

Capable of full range performance in a three way design, the SC-IV/A offers extreme linearity, fabulous imaging, as well as stunning bass response (-3 dB @ 21 Hz). The impact and accuracy of the bottom end gives incredible realism to pipe organs, concert drums, and other low frequency instruments that other comparably priced speakers simply cannot re-create without a bloom or bloat. With the SC-IV/A, these bottom notes come fast and intense, and because of the extraordinary system impulse response of the SC-IV/A, they also disappear as quickly as they appeared. (An audio/video system featuring the SC-IV/A’s would offer unfathomable performance.) Incredible driver integration and total phase coherency via the intricately designed first order crossover and the time aligned, symmetrical driver array translates into an immensely deep sounstage, pinpoint placement of instruments, and rock solid vocals. The SC-IV/A offers true world class performance at a fraction of the price.

Like all Dunlavy Audio Labs Signature Collection loudspeakers, the SC-IV/A has been designed in our state of the art equipped facilities including two large anechoic chambers where each speaker is measured for frequency, impulse, step, waterfall, and impedance.

CAD designed Mil spec fiberglass PC boards utilizing high purity copper traces. Internal wiring via individually isolated ultra pure, proprietary copper cables.
